1111de Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 1111de platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 1111de reserves the right to request official government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from activity during the underage period will be void.

To open an account on 1111de, you must:

• Be aged 21 or above at the time of registration
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address
• Agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended account on 1111de
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 1111de. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 1111de reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held in those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending an investigation.

1111de operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of your payment method (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. 1111de reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until verification documents are approved.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 1111de wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. 1111de does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your payment provider.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 1111de reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

1111de reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the source of funds cannot be verified, or where the transaction would breach any applicable legal or regulatory obligation. In such cases, the Platform will notify the Player and request supporting documentation.

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). 1111de does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency, conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction and additional fees may apply at the payment provider level.

A bet is accepted and confirmed only once a confirmation message or bet slip reference is displayed on the platform. 1111de reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. In-play bets may be subject to delay; any bet placed during a delay period and prior to official bet acceptance confirmation is not a valid wager.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: if the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required duration of play; if the odds or game conditions were published incorrectly due to a technical error; if the event outcome cannot be determined by an official result; or if 1111de determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

All casino game outcomes on 1111de are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that produce statistically independent and unpredictable results. No employee, agent, or partner of 1111de has the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi, whose own certified systems govern outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server fault, or connectivity issue during a game session, 1111de will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state using server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player. 1111de is not liable for any claimed winnings that cannot be verified through server-side records.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

1111de reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information; suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion; use of automated tools, bots, or cheating software; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming purposes may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from seven days to permanent exclusion. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1111de with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
